A Right Royal OccasionMusic written for all those important royal occasions throughout history; coronations, weddings, funerals - or simply to celebrate the monarchy itself. With some fantastic contributions by Purcell (you just can't have a concert of royal music without him), Handel, Britten, Tavener and Vaughan Williams, to name but a few. Even old Henry VIII himself (yes, it's that one). We believe that all this wonderful music deserves more than one outing so we're giving you two chances to come and listen. The Seven Ages of ManA celebration of our childhood, growing up and even growing old. From mewling and puking infancy, to our inner schoolboy with his shining, morning face, right on through to second childishness (I think some of us are there already). Some truly original, enjoyable and thought-provoking music. Again, too good to be performed only once so you'll have the choice of two venues.
