| The Altos. They'd have you believe that they work much harder than the sopranos. Actually, they do. Most of the music written for alto chorus is fiendishly difficult (I'm so glad I'm a soprano). However, Divertimento's altos take it all in their stride and give us a lovely, rich sound - and a bit of depth to balance the sopranos. | |
| The Tenors. Everyone knows what the tenors do. They sing very high (and very loud - even though they say they don't). One of these gentlemen has defected to the basses and his place has since been taken by a new member but, unfortunately, we don't have a photo of him. | |
| And last, but definitely not least, the Basses. Deep, dark and rich. And their voices aren't bad either. We rely on our basses to give us a good, solid foundation (and sometimes they do). | |
